Service dogs
The Texas department of licensing & regulation allows trained service dogs into salons. emotional support animals (E.s.A) are not included under that banner.
We are happy to welcome in a service animal, who is trained to perform tasks that assists their owner. the state defines those parameters as follows:
.hearing alert
.guide
.medical assists
.mobility
.seizure alert
.psychiatric service animal trained to react for emotional disability that prevent owners from performing life tasks
unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate emotional support animals.
Cancelation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or considered a no-call / no-show, are subject to a full charge of the appointment price and/or a deposit for the next appointment before another booking is allowed.
We make every effort to accommodate clients who are running late, but appointments may be subject to rescheduling or alteration if the client is more than 15 minutes late. If you are running late please give the salon a call so we can assist you in making the decision to reschedule or alter you services before arriving.This ensures that we maintain the highest quality of service and to keep our stylists on schedule. Exchanges and Refunds
All services performed are non refundable. We will gladly adjust any service, within reason. Please contact me within 7 days of your service if you have any concerns.
